Tarnaka RWAs Release Manifesto

Ahead of the election slated for December 7, RWAs in the Tarnaka Area under the stewardship of the Standing Committee of Tarnaka Resident Welfare Associations (SCOTRWA) have released a charter of demands that they expected elected representatives in the Secunderabad Constituency to deliver upon.
