Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and National Election Watch analysed the self-sworn affidavits of all 543 winning candidates in the Lok Sabha 2024 Elections. Results are as given below. I. Criminal Background: Winning candidates with Declared Criminal Cases Out of the 543 winning candidates analysed in Lok Sabha 2024, 251 (46%) winning candidates have declared criminal cases against themselves.
